Tim Hortons in Lakefield

This Tim hortons tends to get super busy the drive thru line is hella long lol my guess is there are alot of people camping and up at the cottage. I definitely suggest making the trip its definitely worth it!! 👍 we got the cinnamon cream cheese pocketa n they were super stale 😣 so we had to throw them out ;( thanks again for the yummy coffee ☕ see you again sometime 👍👋

Always great service

Quality and speed of service depends on the day. They can be quicker than anything or so slow you'd think there was only 2 people working, rarely an inbetween. You're better off going through Drive thru, however. In the afternoons you can stand in line for 10 minutes before even getting to the counter, even if they aren't that busy. Nice staff however.

Please avoid this location, I am very upset I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich they gave me it with no sausage! Also it took 20 minutes for my order and the line was very long and they still only had one person working the til

Small storefront, but really fast paced and attentive staff.

Yesterday, April 24th, I put an order in for 2 boxes of coffee, 2 - boxes of 50 Timbits and one dozen assorted donuts. This order was for my husband and I to take to Lakefield Extendicare as a "THANK YOU " to the staff there ...the front line workers who are doing a great job of caring for the elderly in the Home. My Mother is one of those residents. When we picked the order up, we were not allowed to pay...Ryan, the owner insisted that he donate this order to the Lakefield Extendicare, saying " we are all in this together" and " we have to support our front line workers" ....I think we are so blessed to have Ryan as a business owner in our town of Lakefield....so please........support the Timmy's ...Ryan and his staff....KUDOS TO YOU RYAN....YOUR GENEROUS, CARING COMMUNITY SERVICE.....A BIG THANK YOU. Fast but ... The guy who cashed me wasn't focused on taking my order when this other woman came around & I ordered 10 timbits. Yeah.. I didn't get all 10 timbits & while waiting for my coffee from the guy, the woman kept bugging the next guy who was behind me if he'll order or not & he asked her to give him a minute because he was talking to someone else & then he walked away to exit & the woman behind the cash was like "ohh well I guess not just leave." Looking at other staff there, no one looks happy at all. Fast to order & leave but every worker looks so miserable & that one lady was just too rude to work in customer service. Also, most staff didn't have masks on.

Worse drive through ever. Be prepared to camp for a bit. Average wait time over 8 mins. There 6 times in Oct at various times.

I travel back and forth between Bancroft and Peterborough often, and we almost always stop at this Tim Hortons. It is always impeccably clean, the staff is welcoming, helpful and professional. Everything is always so fresh and delicious at any time of day.

This is another Tim Hortons and it is a good place to stop and grab something to eat the people that work there are very pleasant and the food is good

Don't even bother showing up at 12 or 4, drive through or walk in. Staff are rude, have no manners whatsoever. Otherwise it's a standard Tim Hortons where people payed 14/h can't figure out how to make a coffee. Constantly out of stock. Once or twice, I can understand. But I've been going here for a year and they probably have what I order in stock 3 times a month.

This location always has lots of selection, however like many Times Hortons locations they prioritize the drive thru to the exclusion of all else. Had one person in line in front of me in store and waited for 7 minutes to get served. Unfortunately this has been my experience every time in this location. I usually try to go in store instead of letting my vehicle idle in the drive thru line up, but it seems Tim Hortons discourages such climate friendly choices. Coffee was good though and donuts were "fresh" and my work crew made quick work of them both.

How do you screw up a drive-thru order so bad? Sausage Mcmuffin NO EGG. Forgot the hash browns and gave us cold coffee.

Went yesterday and asked for a Timbit for my dog on the side. The woman gave me a CHOCOLATE Timbit..... come on!

Quick and friendly service here

Great convenient location. Not 24 hours anymore unfortunately but still nice to have in the area. Staff are very friendly, tons of parking, place is usually very clean. The only real issue is the Drive Thru line can be long and effect the on-foot customers and the order queue inside is a bit awkward. Only had one issue about 2 years ago but I’ve gone numerous times since then and haven’t had an issue.

Awesome had some chili on a chilly day to warm up.

this has to be one of the worse Tim’s franchises in Canada. Why corporate hasn’t taken it away from the franchisee baffles me. Terrible wait times, rude drive thru staff, always short staffed. Just ordered a dark roast at 1pm to be told they had to put more on. Was asked to pull up out front that it would be seven minutes. Twenty min later I went in to find a line up to the door. Phoned and explained I had been waiting. When they brought out my coffee it was cold . Brutal

The slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to! AVOID this location if you are doing a before work or lunchtime quick stop

Horrible service.i honestly thought service could not get any worse than Madoc, but these guys proved me wrong. Staff has I don't care attitude and I assume the owner Is the same.

This location is NOT open 24hrs as it says online, it closes at 10pm.
